Sole Mandates have become a specialty of the Upside Properties' team. Our sole mandates have paid dividends to our landlords, clients and our office.
In this case, our sole mandate allowed us to work with the correct players in the market to finalize a successful deal.
The deal was signed in March this year as lockdown was implemented. The rates department and the deeds office have had its issues, however through perseverance, together with our partners we are now able to put this file to bed.
