Upside Properties secured a long-term tenant for their landlord at Avoca. The deal was concluded as a result of a sole mandate granted to the Upside Properties team. The team was able to focus its efforts in negotiating a mutually beneficial result for both tenant and landlord. An extensive redevelopment was undertaken to satisfy the requirements of the tenant.
