South African Breweries has been an anchor tenant in Springfield Park for numerous years. The facility is used as a distribution warehouse servicing KwaZulu-Natal with numerous super-links and articulated vehicles offloading and loading.

Bluff Meat Supply has multiple factories and meat processing plants in the area. BMS has identified the central locality of Springfield as being an advantage to their business strategy and meat distribution. Bluff Meat Supply has recently acquired a large piece of industrial land in Springfield for further warehouse development.

Reefer Cold Storage has a large commercial storage facility. Pallet positions are rented out to companies on a short-term basis.
